At just 27, Jose Mas Jr. brings a dynamic and results-oriented perspective to the investment landscape. Following a successful venture into ultra-luxury real estate development in Miami, where he oversaw the deployment of $500 million, Jose Mas Jr. transitioned to the fast-paced world of M&A at MasTec, playing a key role in closing $3 billion in deals over 4 years. This experience ignited a passion for analyzing public companies, leading to the formation of The Mas Alpha Securities Fund. With a focused strategy on acquiring stakes in asset-heavy, infrastructure-based businesses deemed essential and irreplaceable, Mas Alpha Securities targets companies with formidable competitive advantages, robust free cash flow, and decades of contractual predictability. Jose’s unique blend of development acumen and M&A expertise offers a compelling lens through which to examine the critical infrastructure networks that power our world.

Head of Capital Formation

Noah Bobrowsky brings a comprehensive perspective to his role as Head of Capital Formation at Mas Alpha Securities, a perspective shaped by his diverse background in private equity, real estate development, and finance, and strengthened by his early involvement as one of the fund's initial Limited Partners. This unique combination empowers his strategic approach to capital formation. His entrepreneurial drive led him to co-found a private equity firm in 2019, where he defined investment strategies in multifamily real estate and private sector opportunities, leading deal origination and key investor relations. Building on this foundation, he took on direct leadership in luxury hotel development, managing all critical phases from initial planning to complex capital structuring and public-private partnerships. In 2023, his expanding expertise resulted in a national role overseeing significant new design and development projects exceeding $100 million for a New York City-based hospitality group.
