Founder & CEO

Jose Mas Jr. leads the execution of Mas Alpha Securities’ investment strategy, overseeing investment research, portfolio management, and day-to-day operations. As Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, he ensures disciplined capital deployment, operational excellence, and alignment with the fund’s long-term vision.
Prior to founding Mas Alpha Securities, Jose Mas successfully deployed $500M in luxury real estate developments and helped close $3 billion of accretive M&A deals for MasTec, inc.

Having transitioned from one of the funds initial Limited Partners, to a member of the leadership team, Noah Bobrowsky brings a deep understanding of the fund’s foundational framework and strategy. In his current role, he assists the Mas Alpha Securities fund in executing its investment strategy, investment research, and day-to-day operations. He began his career in 2019 as a co-founder of a boutique private equity firm, leading investment execution and deal structuring, before joining a New York City–based hospitality group to oversee national construction and development initiatives.
Across his career, Noah has led all phases of the real estate development cycle – from entitlements and deal structuring through construction and delivery, managing assets across major U.S. markets. His experience is anchored in the New York hospitality sector, where he directed the development of projects exceeding $100 million in value.
